COURSE DESCRIPTION

The CARVER Target Analysis and Vulnerability Assessment Training Course™ is an interactive, three-day course on conducting facility vulnerability assessments. This highly popular course has been taught to thousands of students over the years from backgrounds ranging from military, law enforcement and intelligence professionals to commercial and private security practitioners. The aim of the training is to become proficient in the use of the CARVER Methodology, in order to assist in the analysis and examination of the interrelationships between assets, threats, vulnerabilities and countermeasures that protect a facility, critical infrastructure and/or key assets.

Your instructor for the course is Leo “Godfather of CARVER” Labaj, who was instrumental in the development of the CARVER Methodology (back in the late 1960s/early 1970s) during his 26-year career as a bomb technician with the CIA’s Special Activities Division (SAD). Leo has traveled to nearly 100 countries in his nearly 50 years of security work and has performed thousands of vulnerability assessments.
